Looks like continued high tides! Is this the beginning of higher tides?

Good morning to my awesome boating friends!

I have 4 boats today that are at my docks in Crownsville which I feel are very worth your consideration!

First is my neighbor's 1999 3075 Cruisers Yachts Rogue! "Almost Heaven" is completely turn key with over 30K invested in her upgrades including a bow thruster to make your docking look like a professional!

Second boat is "Edie May" a 1997 32' Nordic tug. She was just completely detailed at Smiths Marina and looks like a paint job! Here systems were all serviced and she was even surveyed the other day! Buyers decided to back away only as they wanted a newer model! She is also ready for a new owner's adventures and is turn key as well!

Lastly, I have "Felix" a 2003 43' Fountaine Pajot Belize which has just had her sails removed and serviced, rig fully inspected, new 30 hp Yanmar diesels and sail drives replaced and oil changes, rudders replaced and her entire interior and exterior detailed! We have also just reduced her asking price to $235,000.00 which is a fantastic price point!

Lastly, I have a 2015 Hurricane 22 with a 150 hp Yamaha with 335 hours use. This is an excellent bow rider with very comfortable seating, sun bimini and on-board head! shes read to enjoy the cooling breeze on the bay and to visit your local sand bar parties!
