Location: Norris Auto Sales, Crossville Tn

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Body Work & Paint Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in collision repair, panel replacement, paint preparation and application, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform auto body repair tasks including removing damaged panels, straightening frame/unibody as necessary, prepping surfaces for paint.
• Mix and apply paint coatings, perform refinishing, ensure excellent finish quality.
• Work with insurance claims (inspection, estimate, repair process) and follow OEM repair procedures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working order; maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in body work and auto painting (collision repair preferred).
• Familiarity with body repair tools, equipment, spray booths, and paint systems.
• Attention to detail, good work ethic, reliable and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods and safely handle physical work typical of the trade.
• Insurance claims experience is a plus.
