People always ask me who the best insurance companies are. While we may not know the best, we can certainly tell you who the worst are. We will no longer accept any Travelers, St. Farm or Safeco jobs. Theses companies do not pay the prevailing rate in the St. Louis market and push for unsafe repairs on YOUR vehicle. We would highly recommend looking for an alternative company.

The Travelers Insurance Companies does not pay the prevailing autobody rate in the St. Louis market. That rate insures that repairers are fairly compensated for proper repairs. We are NO LONGER ACCEPTING any Travelers repairs. We would recommend AGAINST USING Travelers for any insurance needs.

If your vehicle experienced hail damage in the recent storms, check with a PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) company first to see if the dents can be removed that way. If the PDR shop says the dents cannot be removed and conventional repairs are required, we would then be happy to write an estimate. Most all insurance companies will first want to know if PDR is an option before paying for conventional repairs. Thanks.

Here is a very good article to read if your car is ever involved in a serious accident and declared a total loss. Don't be a victim of the insurance companies' tactics!

One prime example of a bad situation that has gotten worse as far as containing claims costs is total loss settlement practices.
