The staff at Hendrickson Bumper and Trim has been learning about a leadership style introduced by Robert K. Greenleaf called “Servant Leadership”. Greenleaf suggested that when leaders shift their mindset and serve first, they benefit, their employees acquire personal growth, and the organization as a whole grows through the employees’ growing commitment and engagement. The staff recently finished reading The Servant, written by James C. Hunter and will be meeting soon to discuss how we can further cultivate an employee-first culture.
