Ok guy's and gal's! Hunting season is around the corner. Bow season starts to the east the middle of September. Time to start thinking about those hunting trucks. Get 'em checked and repaired now, so you won't be left at home while everybody else is in the woods! Give us a call!

Hello everyone! Just wanted to pop in say hey to all the old customers that might be on here. I've heard some different rumors going around about the shop, and just thought I'd let y'all know that they are not true. We are still open, my son Thomas Callaway has the shop now and I am still there everyday. We are steadily doing business, and would love to see a lot of our old friends come back. The work is still the same, just different mechanics. Give us a call, we can usually get you in the same day or the next. I'd love to see all of you! The phone number is still the same.

A little update on Mark.
This is the info from today.

Good news today. Mark's SCLC has not metastasized to the brain, and after 2 3 day doses of chemo, the one in his right lung is almost gone, and the one in his liver and the one in the mediastinum is significantly reduced. The chemo and immune therapy is working, at least for now. He started the 3rd dose today. So one more mega dose, then another pet scan and immune therapy for 8 months. I'm encouraged.

The shop will reopen around March 1st, on a limited basis, under new management, our son, Thomas Callaway. He will continue to offer the same quality of work we always did, and we are very proud of him and wish him all the best.

It is with the deepest regret that I post this.
Everybody knows that we close the shop over the Christmas holidays, and reopen after the 1st. Our date this year to reopen is January 8th.
This year, our Christmas consisted of doctors and hospitals. Mark had been having some issues, and he was ultimately diagnosed with stage 4 small cell lung cancer. During a heart wrenching 2 weeks, he has begun chemo and will hopefully be back home soon.
For the shop, it will remain closed. We are effectively out of business at this time.
I will be contacting people after Mark is home, to clear up any remaining items at the shop. Decisions are being made to continue the operation of the shop, but at this point, if you had an appointment, I'm sorry, but please make other arrangements. Tim has worked above and beyond through the holidays to complete all the open jobs, and has been a blessing to us.
Please pray for Mark and all of the family as he works so hard to fight this.

We begin our day today with a heavy heart. Unfortunately, we have to close a great chapter in our history with the passing of Mr. H. Howard Hobby. A navy veteran, an FHP auxiliary trooper of 40 years, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and a great friend and mentor to many. It is a difficult time for all of us, but we would like to remember all of the great times we shared with him, the unending want he had to help people, and the bounds of knowledge he shared with many of us.
