We will be closed from December 20th to January 6th. After the year we have all had, we need a vacation. We would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to all of great customers for continued support throughout this past year. It's been a long and hard year. Every now and then even our stuff breaks. Shattered the front differential and warped the axle housing. Full replace and rebuild on a front Dana 60 in a 2000 f350

It has come to our attention that there are some rumors going around. We would like to address these rumors right now, Callaway Auto and Truck is not closed, we have not gone out of business, and we DO NOT plan to. We are open and ready to serve you. We have however temporarily stopped towing for now.

Two legacy leaders now gone. Mark Callaway, what can be said? He was a loving father, a devoted husband, a cherished friend, known by most for his time behind a wrench. He was always there to help if needed.

Words cannot describe the hardships when loosing a loved one. All we can do is find solace in the good times and the knowledge that they are no longer in pain. We must grab our loved ones tightly each and every day and never forget to let them know how much they mean to us. It’s never too late and there’s never a wrong time to say the things you need to. Make time for life to happen.

Funeral services for Mark will be held on Saturday June 15th at 11:00am at Lake Ellen Baptist Church with family accepting guests at 10:00am.

Due to several emergencies with our family’s this morning after the storm, our office and shop will be closed today May 10th. We will reopen on Monday.

So we've had a lot of questions about the status of Callaway Auto over the last several weeks as we've occupied the same space for the last 14 years. Most people know by now that my family and my parents more specifically were placed in a very difficult and unfortunate situation in December. Things have become very difficult over the last two months. In the end, we all must keep pushing and persevere through difficult times. Over the last two months, we have been hard at work in the shop, moving and cleaning, changing paperwork over, implementing new invoicing software and combining two companies that have always worked together. I am pleased to announce that we will be opening Callaway Auto and Truck once again. We will be open for normal operations Monday, February 26th. With my parents blessing and good will I have taken over their operations. Things will be moving a little slower at first while we all adapt to the new invoicing software, but we will continue to give you the same quality of committed service that everybody has come to know us by. Please feel free to stop by and see us and help us welcome a new face that some may recognize.
