2020 Ram 2500 in the shop for a ticking noise suspected to be a lifter failure. Upon tear down, found the number 4 intake lifter to be damaged wearing a flat spot on the roller/cam. Luckily the customer caught this before any major damage was done. Installed a Hamilton Cams Flat Tappet conversion to prevent any future failures of this nature.
