Sitting in a high school social studies class.
Working Asset Protection at Marshalls.
At home, watching TV.
Story time in a kindergarten classroom.
Watching it all unfold in a 3rd grade classroom.
Sitting in a doctor’s office waiting room.
At CCRI in a criminal justice class.
Different places. Different ages. Different lives.
But one thing in common… we remember exactly where we were when the world changed.
Twenty-five years later and we remember the thousands of lives that were lost. Thousands more were changed forever, in an instant. Today, we also honor the thousands of first responders that ran towards the danger. Your courage and sacrifice was nothing short of inspiring.
Some memories never fade.
Nor should they.
To the thousands of lives lost in the horrific attacks of 9/11/2001 and to the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice…we remember.
