2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee V8 with heavy duty cooling system. Electric Cooling fan quits working intermittent. We tag in to the power supply in green, red is the square wave command from ECM. When fan quits we see we have charging system voltage at fan and square wave changes and even adds more duty cycle. Has all it fingers and toes but fan doesn't run. Needs new fan 100% tested and confirmed.
