Our Sister Property!!

The NEW Cottonwood Springs Storage is located at 465 Happy Jack Way in Cottonwood, across from our RV Park at 420 Happy Jack Way. We have SPECIAL pricing for new guests and offer 1 month free with a 12-month reservation. We have covered and uncovered gravel storage sites along with some partially covered sites that are discounted from 10%-50% off. Most of our sites are 12’ wide and we offer a 15% reduced price on our 10’ wide sites. Our new Storage is secured and gated with 24/7 access! We have on-site management to assist customers and to ensure we offer guests a safe experience. At the new Storage area, guests receive access to free sewer dumps and a free water re-fill station. Stop-in and visit the new Storage area today!! We also have enclosed storage units available. 928-649-1877 office/ reservations.
