Customer sent his steering box to these jokers, Red-Head Steering Gears Inc., with almost 90 degrees of slop in it, Redhead sent him the same box back with almost 90 degrees of slop in it. But at least they put new seals and paint on it. Took it off for him so he could send it back while the truck sat idly on the lift (costing me more money). Meanwhile they sent him another box that worked, but denied his claim for labor stating that " box was adjusted with vice grips or channel locks". P**s poor quality control. Stand by your product.
