SoCal & Vegas!
Has it been awhile since you've changed those spark plugs, wires and air filter? It's probably time for a TUNE-UP!
We recommend that most older vehicles with non-electronic ignitions should be tuned every 10,000 to 12,000 miles or every year, whichever comes first. Newer vehicles with electronic ignition and fuel injection systems can go to 35,000 miles before a tune-up is recommended.

What is a Tune-Up?
During a tune-up, your technician will inspect your spark plugs, wires, rotor and/or distributor cap, fuel filter; Air filter; PCV valve and breather filter, belts, hoses, fluids, etc... They will check and adjust (if required on older vehicles) ignition timing, idle speed and idle mixture; O2 sensor(s).
If any of these parts need replacing, your tech will inform you at time of service. If not, they will inform you of the outcome of their inspection and advise you as to when you may need any of these items replaced or, Tuned-up!
Prior to your tune-up appointment, your technician will likely request that you purchase these replacement parts in the event a change out is needed. If none or some of the requested parts are not needed to be replaced, you can simply take them back to the parts store for a refund!
We do our best to save our customers money whenever we can. We won't replace a part that doesn't need it to simply make money, we want your future business and value your loyalty to Sin City Mobile Mechanics. We strive for happy customers!
