Just finished giving my 2005 ultra classic I got for Christmas a once over  new jugs new Pistons S&S super stock heads 585 cam oh man, it run sweet. New front bender scored on eBay even the same color. Took it out for a test drive oh baby sure runs good for a big old heavy sled.

Rebirth of a legend. This is one of the bikes used in terminator two ridden by Arnold Schwarzenegger. It has been in storage for quite a long time. I was tasked to make it run again and bring it back to life after being in storage for many years.  it’s now ready for take two.

This build is pretty much done. Turned out pretty nice for a "budget build". Lots of used parts including a 1996 CMC engine/trans and belt drive primary all reconditioned my me. Still a hand-built one-of-a-kind. John got himself a good one. I am sure he'll be hitting shows with it,

Got another build in the works. Finished fabricating an old rigid frame started by "Chassis Design Company" here in Riverside years ago. John (customer) found it at a yard sale and contracted me to build it. {:>)
So, we took a low mileage engine/trans I had and I worked my magic with it. Lots of one-of custom stuff here! Here is a sneek peek. Gonna be a looker! {:>)

Man have I been busy! Just finished refreshing a worn-out 88 twin cam with 248K miles on it. Hated to take a wrench to it as it still ran superb but it was time. So, Rebuilt crankshaft and re-balanced with new H-beam connecting rods. New case bearings, races and seals. Went 10ci oversize with piston and jugs from Revolution Performance. New S&S Super Stock heads w/89cc combustion chamber and domed pistons to maintain compression ratio. Stock throttle body works sweet with 5.4gpm injector upgrade. Feuling 543 cam. Had to machine a breather channel into the stock rocker boxes to adapt the newer heads. Worked sweet. Went to the Dyno (Special thanks and shout out to Mickey Cohen Motorsports) and got very nice results. 100.4 hp, 94.6 ft lbs torque from a 98ci.

Got the Brake and Light Certification complete. Got it titled and registered. This old beasty is officially brought back from the dead and is my official daily ride. What a Ride! So smooth and remarkably nimble. Tons of power. Needs another gear bad! (lol). 1997 California Motorcycle Company Hydra Glide (Near as I can tell it was called a Road Warrior by CMC). 2084 original miles. Found all kinds of goodies at the Long Beach Motorcycle Swap Meet. The California DMV had a hard time identifying the Maker. And it was built In their own state!

Update on CMC warrior restoration. This is my "keeper". So after finding the upswept pipes I wanted for the Hogpodge at the swap meet, I took it's old pipes and installed on the CMC. Also found really nice wheels and rebuilt/reset all the spacers and brake calipers to spec. Mounted new tires. Also dove into the fuel system. New petcock valve (inside of tank is spotless). New fuel hose. Overhauled the carb and found out it's chrome! (lol) Intake manifold seals are the worst I ever seen. When removed to replace seals I found the heads have been ported. I cannot believe it even ran much less as well as it did. So new intake and carb...Oh man what a differance. This EVO 88 is makin some ponies! All I have left is to replace the dash base. All the bulb socket insulation is rotted. Up to now I have been scoring good old parts at the swap meet. Going new on the electrical. Swtching to a digital flasher can, Otherwise electrical remains basic 95ish console. Then it's off to the CHP for thier blessing and then a DMV title.
