We’re rooting for LLCR’s very own Daisy Callahan as she embarks on her journey as Miss Kentucky! 👑

Yesterday, Daisy made it into the second round and we couldn’t be more proud of her! 🎉 She’ll continue competing in January for the State Kentucky Fair title and we’ll be cheering her on every step of the way!

🇺🇸 Celebrate Independence Day Weekend at Laurel Lake Camping Resort! 🎆🌲

We’re kicking off the holiday with a weekend full of family fun, great entertainment and one of our favorite traditions, the Fireworks Show on Saturday night at dark! Before the fireworks, enjoy live music from Tail Gate from 7:00–9:00 PM.

Here’s what’s happening all weekend:

• Kids Craft – 6:00 PM
•🎸 Live Music with Tail Gate – 7:00–9:00 PM

🎉 Saturday, July 4
• 🍉 Watermelon Eating Contest – 1:00 PM
• 🎭 Face Painting – Begins at 6:00 PM
•Singo – 7:00 PM
• 🎆 Fireworks Show – At Dark

🍔 The Camp Store will be open until midnight on Saturday, with the last food order taken at 11:00 PM, so you can grab a bite while enjoying all the festivities!

Whether you’re camping for the weekend or just stopping by for the fireworks, there’s something for everyone!
