The automotive industry is in the midst of a significant shortage of skilled technicians, and it's a problem that affects us all. You may have heard about it on the news or experienced longer wait times for your vehicle repairs. The reality is, our nation's skilled mechanic workforce is aging, with many of the most experienced technicians retiring. On top of that, there's been a national trend of pushing young people toward four-year degrees, leading to a decline in the skilled trades workforce.
