⛔️IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL NEWTZ AUTO CUSTOMERS ⛔️

Effective immediately, Newtz Auto has contracted with a third-party accounting firm to manage our accounts receivable, including outstanding and unpaid invoices.
As part of this transition, please be advised of the following policies:

•PAST-DUE INVOICES
Any invoice that remains unpaid more than 30 days from the invoice date WILL be referred to a collections process, which may include further legal action to recover the outstanding balance. This policy applies to ALL customers without exception. If you believe you have an invoice over 30 days past due, we highly recommend calling us to process a payment immediately. Friday 9/18/2026 past due invoices are going to the collections department.

•PAYMENT IS DUE AT VEHICLE PICKUP
Customers who are not approved and established as a Net 30 business account with Newtz Auto are required to pay their repair invoice in full at the time of vehicle pickup. Vehicles will not be released until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

•AFTER-HOURS PICKUP
If you need to pick up your vehicle outside of normal business hours, please notify your service advisor in advance. We can provide a secure payment link for your invoice. Once payment has been processed and confirmed, your vehicle keys can be securely left with the vehicle for pickup. Without payment notification the vehicle will not be released.

•FINANCING OPTIONS
Newtz Auto does not offer in-house financing for automotive repairs. Any financing options available are provided exclusively through approved third-party financing vendors.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement these updated accounting and payment procedures. These policies are necessary to help us maintain efficient operations and continue providing quality service to all of our customers.
