What's inside an A/C Quick Cap?

A/C Quick Caps aren't traditional screw-on service-port caps.

The quick-connect design uses six internal stainless-steel ball bearings for mechanical retention and an HNBR O-ring for the sealing surface.

The aluminum housing is finished with smooth anodized aluminum, and the outer release ring allows the cap to be removed without tools.

Push it on. Release the ring. The internal bearings lock the cap into position.
