"Regarding the excellent customer service at Honda of Concord, I would like to express my satisfaction with this location. Although I do not currently own a Honda, I am an Acura owner. I have brought my vehicle in for service on multiple occasions and have consistently been completely satisfied with the experience. "After a horrible experience at Honda of Huntersville, Honda of Concord completely changed my perspective. Ryan Johnson and the entire service team showed me what exceptional customer service, compassion, and genuine humanity look like. When my Odyssey’s sliding door suddenly stopped closing, I had to drive 30 minutes with the door open to get it to the dealership. Already having an awful day, I was overwhelmed by the thought of being without our family van with three boys and their endless school and sports commitments. Ryan met me with empathy and understanding, never making me feel like an inconvenience or just another customer. The team communicated consistently, had the exact part needed, and when they discovered an additional component was necessary for a proper repair, they worked tirelessly to make it happen that day. They even secured a loaner van so I could pick up my boys from school and covered the cost. They understood my family’s schedule and allowed me to pick up my repaired van first thing Saturday morning rather than adding more stress to an already hectic Friday. When I had additional questions, Ryan brought in the right people to ensure I received answers. They did more than fix my van. They made me feel cared for during a stressful situation. Ryan’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond are truly exceptional. Honda of Concord’s entire service team deserves recognition. Dealership leadership should be proud to have people like Ryan representing their organization.
