This summer has been great and it’s all because of you.
For the months of June and July we have achieved new heights.
Dave Coleman, Mike Schroder and Ricky Cedeck of our Towing team have delivered more equipment than ever before – and they’ve met or beat requested ETA 100% of the time.
Lenny Pineda and the awesome crew of Benton Park West has continued to set the bar for service and repair excellence making them the most trusted neighborhood shop in south city. In fact, we’ve joked about adding 6 more bays, but the fine folks at city zoning didn’t find that amusing.
Affton has been tricky. We opened three weeks before Pandemic Closings… But Michael Pontious and his team at Affton have completely redefined their workflow, productivity standards, and customer experience. This hard work has produced a 50% increase in business when compared to the previous 2 months, and an 80% increase when compared to last summer.
These achievements are not possible without you and your influence through recommendation.

I will always remember a house on the street where I grew up. Mirrored by a row of cookie cutter suburban design, it stood unique.
Defined in my childhood, it was simply a dwelling occupied by a quiet, older couple. It wasn’t until my later years; did I understand the emptiness.
From what I’ve been told, it was a spring afternoon of ‘69 when that house received the news.
Its son was not coming home.
While we enjoy our 3 days off… Take a second, even if it is to yourself, and say, “thank you”.
