A 2002 Volvo came into the shop with a complaint of an extremely bouncy ride in the rear.

After an inspection, our technician found that both rear shock absorbers were completely blown out, leaving the suspension unable to properly control the vehicle's movement. Worn shocks can affect ride comfort, handling, braking performance, and tire wear.

✅ Diagnosed suspension concern
✅ Replaced both rear shocks
