👀 If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start volunteering… ✨this is it.

During summer season, many of our regular volunteers are away on vacation, which means we’ve got open meal delivery routes that need awesome people to step in!

💡 , we have 30 delivery routes across Cabarrus County. While you may have heard that we have a waitlist of approximately 100 people, that number is spread across all routes; not every route has a wait.

💙 If you or a loved one could benefit from home-delivered meals, don’t let the waitlist deter you from applying. Your home may be on a route with immediate availability.

Hey friends! We honestly don't have the time to make a fancy post with a cutesy image to boost views. We're just here to say.....

We DESPERATELY need adoptions!!!! Please please please, view our website and check out some amazing cats and dogs that we are overflowing with, and submit an application.

We are quite short staffed at the moment, and while we are eager to adopt out as many as we can, we will only have one counselor available. If you walk in, please be patient with us while we work diligently to help as many customers and facilitate as many adoptions as we are able to.

We are open today 12-4:30; animal visitations will stop at 4:00.

This summer, consider adopting a Meals on Wheels route for the 12 weeks of summer (or even a few of them!). 🚗💙 It’s a meaningful way for families, businesses, churches, civic groups, and friends to give back together while making sure homebound seniors receive nutritious meals and friendly visits.

Just a couple of hours around lunchtime can make a lasting impact for someone counting on us.
