I went to the Suntrup Hyundai dealership to drop off my 2022 Hyundai for a service appointment. While there, the new Santa Fe caught my eye with the third row. I had worked with Caleb Sturgeon in the past, as well as several of my friends, so I knew I’d be in good hands if I just popped in. He immediately went to get keys to let me test drive one to see how I felt. That night I was on the fence. I texted him even after closing, thinking he would just respond in the morning, but he immediately answered and said he would do his best to help with my requests. Again, was just impressed with Caleb and his attitude. It felt more like a friend helping you get what you wanted and less like some stressful sales experience. I was in and out in under two hours.
