We're moving to Alaska!

We have greatly enjoyed these past 12 years and we will miss our awesome clients! An opportunity opened for me to work at Katmai National Park and Preserve and I accepted! We will be living on King Salmon AK. It has been amazing to meet and work with all of you! We will miss you all!

Cabarrus Imports on Old Airport Rd - They have worked with us for years, sharing work when either of us needed help. They have earned my trust. Please give them a call.

Barabee Import Services - I have heard good things about this shop though I haven't had a chance to get to know them. Give them a call.

Brag moment! I have to brag about our newest employee Abbie. Abbie started working at Boles Automotive in the fall of last year. From the moment she stepped in for an interview, she has worked very hard to grow and improve. Tonight after work, she chose to be the difference instead of watching from the sidelines. When a vehicle crash happened directly in front of her, she ran to assist. She ripped the battery cables off the battery while oil and fuel poured from a damaged vehicle. She then helped the driver get to a safe place away from danger. Bravo Abbie!!!!

I always say how thankful and blessed we are to have so many amazing clients! I can definitely say we are very lucky and very blessed to have Abbie. If you see her in the shop, be sure to say hey and show her how awesome she is for stepping up and being the person making a positive difference in the lives of others! Way to go Abbie!

Our Clients are the BEST - We're Growing - Don't Suck

Our Clients are the Best:

We have the best clients! I apologize for not posting on here much lately. We've been incredibly busy. I still haven't found the right person to work with me. We have a great part-time person learning the basics but we still need a seasoned mechanic.

We're Growing:

Our shop is growing! We're finalizing our automotive dealership. In the next month or so we will start offering hybrid and electric vehicles for sale. More on that to come. We're excited!

THANK YOU - You all rock! We wouldn't be here without you.

Don't Suck:

I hate to say what I'm about to say, but with recent growth, I need to share this. We are NOT CHEAP. Do not call with attitude. Definitely do NOT call if you are searching for the rock-bottom, lowest price (seriously, I mean this, just don't, it wastes your time and mine). With that being said, if you do not understand why quality costs more we will gladly teach you. I share this because we are growing quickly. Many new clients are calling us and we couldn't be happier about that. With growth comes more of the good and more of the bad. Getting disrespected or argued with takes the joy out of my day and affects my mood for the rest of my clients. In short, if you suck, don't call. There are plenty of chain-type places that have policies to make working with people like you manageable for the all-mighty dollar. Your dollar is not all-mighty to me.

Did you know your ac system works during the winter?

It does quite a bit for us in the cold. Anytime your defrost is on so is your ac. In order to remove moisture from the windshield and the other windows in the car the AC system is used to dry the heated air.

If you own a newer vehicle and experience AC problems you may find out that most shops are unable to repair it. A new style of refrigerant called R1234YF was mandated by the EPA in vehicles 2021 and newer model year. Some manufacturers began using this new refrigerant as early as 2016 such as this Honda Civic. Without the proper equipment shops cannot perform these repairs. We recently purchased that equipment to continue providing you modern, reliable, and high quality service.
