If I sell you parts or supplies.... I will ALWAYS UPS for my shipping carrier.
I'm sorry if this offends some folks but FedEx is not a good carrier. It's not the delivery drivers or product handling... It's the ETA of delivery! I understand some things can happen on the road. But .....
I had critical parts ordered on Tuesday, shipped that evening. Original time for delivery Friday. Awesome! The parts didn't make it into Charlotte until Friday evening 10pm. Saturday morning 8am "on the way departed Charlotte" around midnight.. Like c'mon... Saturday 1225pm "on the way, Concord"
It doesn't take 12+ hours to get from Charlotte to Concord...... Now delivery update Monday. ๐ค I was banking on these parts to be here Friday or Saturday I have to have product ready before Monday. (State inspection).
Now I'm going to have to postpone that AGAIN! And I might have to drive to Raleigh now because of it...
Now UPS, ordered product from equal distance, showed up a day earlier than originally set.!! UPS been on point on every order I've had.
FedEx this is #3 y'all have done this to me...!! I'm done shipping with y'all. Outbound or inbound..... I'll pay the extra whatever to have UPS handle my freight or packages. Pallet freight R & L carrier is my choice, or again UPS.
Don't tell me to just use a faster service option with FedEx, that doesn't work either. It'll get to Charlotte and get hung up.... Tried that.
