Holmes Hot Rods and Cycles was founded in 2012 by Billy Holmes in a small town in Texas. With his love of all things fast, he wanted to open up a business to surround himself with fellow enthusiasts. From Hot Rods to Cycles, Billy devoted his time and knowledge to helping customers while standing firmly behind his work and most importantly, his name - Holmes Hot Rods and Cycles
