Bacas' Tire Shop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. It is posted on the wall in the shop. Not always is the customer right......If you find it necessary to come into the shop and call people outside of their names or disrespect me or any of my staff, you will not be serviced. Point blank, Please and Thank you works well. That behavior is not welcomed, nor permitted.

We are here to service your needs, and behave like adults, and if we have done something wrong we will try our best to resolve the issue, but we will be treated with respect.

We had a customer come in to the shop to have work done yesterday. He claims he left his phone on top of his car???? Now he is stating that we stole the phone from him. I spent 20 minutes looking for his phone. They drove back into the shop and his wife called the phone someone was answering the phone while I was standing there with her. Now they are saying we stole the phone. I even offered her another phone. No Mr. Aaron Micciulli we did not steal your phone. Furthermore, we are not responsible for YOU leaving your phone on the top of your car...We are working on your CAR not on your phone.
