This is a great quick reference for several commonly asked questions or concerns I encounter on a daily basis. It's worth mentioning that most Insurers are really pushing their "preferred" shops as it saves them money but this is almost never in the vehicle owner's best interest to have repairs done at a shop that is willing to repair your vehicle the way the insurance company wants. YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE YOUR REPAIR SHOP, regardless of what the insurer may lead you to believe.
With that said, choose your insurer wisely and understand what your insurance policy covers and does not cover. There seems to be a widening range of quality standards from insurer to insurer (cheaper insurance typically means cheaper repair coverage or that the insurer will fight harder to save $)
We appreciate all our customers that know better and the referrals to new customers. Dealing with insurance can be difficult and frustrating for all of us but continuing to provide quality repairs to our customers will remain a top priority here.
