🚨 BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT GLASS GAL! 💗😎

We’ve officially received the first half of our diagnostic equipment, and we’re expanding into ADAS calibrations! 💪🏽

Our goal? Keeping calibrations AFFORDABLE without compromising safety!

We know windshield replacements are already an unexpected expense, and the last thing we want is for customers to skip an important safety procedure because of the price.

We’re investing in our education, equipment, and future so we can offer more services right here at Glass Gal!

Static calibration equipment is next on our list! One step at a time, and we’re just getting started. 😎

Available on supported vehicles requiring dynamic calibration. Equipment compatibility and calibration requirements must be verified.

These customers were AWESOME today! 💜💪🏽

Between having to drive to Atlanta and rearranging our schedule, these folks were so understanding and easy to work with!

We got them taken care of with a little Chip Chic action today! 😎 Not every damaged windshield needs replacing! Chip repairs help restore structural integrity and prevent damage from spreading. The cosmetic improvement is just a bonus!

We’ll also be seeing them again soon to replace their cowl panel!

Little education moment: Cowl panels become brittle and fragile over time due to heat, sun exposure, and age. Sometimes they just don’t survive removal during a windshield replacement, no matter how careful you are!

You buy it, I’ll put it on! 💪🏽🩷

Always grateful for good customers and the opportunity to take care of their vehicles!

This Malibu has SEEN SOME THINGS. 😭🤣

Pulled up to a windshield that was absolutely DESTROYED, with purple goo smeared EVERYWHERE. 💜 I don’t even wanna know the backstory on this one. 😂

But that’s alright, Glass Gal came to give this Malibu a fresh start! 😎🩷

And somewhere in the middle of all this chaos, we picked up an orange little supervisor who decided my toolbox was his new hangout spot. 🐈🤣

One busted windshield, a whole lot of purple goo, and a surprise kitty visit later… another Sassy Swap COMPLETE! 💅🏼

Met the owner of Satterwhite Pools out in Harris County today while taking care of his windshield, and let me tell y’all, he was the COOLEST! 🤠💗

This man loaded me down with homegrown peppers, garlic, and onions, and almost wouldn’t let me leave without a fig tree! 🤣🌶️🧄

He says we need to start a garden, and I think he might be onto something! Only problem is, I’m gonna have to make another trip so him and his wife can give me a crash course on keeping everything alive. 😂🌱

I swear, one of my favorite parts of this business is the people I get to meet. I show up to replace a windshield and leave with groceries, gardening advice, and new friends!

Good people make this job even better. 🩷

This big ol’ Ford was a previous victim of windshield stuffing, and once we pulled that glass, we saw just how unsafe the previous installation was.

Here’s the thing about auto glass. Your customer may not see it when you’re done, but I see it when I come behind you.

I see what adhesive you used. I see how many cuts you made. I see whether you properly prepped the vehicle, whether primer was used, and exactly where it was applied. I see a LOT once that windshield comes out.

And what I saw on this one was scary.

In a serious collision, an improperly bonded windshield can fail to stay in place, increasing the risk of occupants being ejected. We’re talking about somebody’s FAMILY here.

I’m not claiming to be the best technician out there, but I am determined to do better every single day. Your customers are trusting you with more than their vehicles. They’re trusting you with their lives.

Just because it looks good from the outside doesn’t mean it’s safe underneath.

Do better. People are counting on us 💗

We finally got to put that special tool Dave bent perfectly for us at Auto Glass University to work, alongside our BAT! 🦇

One thing about continuing your education is you come home with more than just knowledge. You come home with new techniques, new tools, and some pretty awesome people in your corner!

Another windshield down, another opportunity to put what we’ve learned into practice! 💪🏼🩷

This customer’s neighbor apparently got drunk, decided he didn’t like where his van was parked, threw a rock at his windshield, and told HIM to fix it. HOW MESSED UP IS THAT?! 😭

We’ve said it before, Glass Gal isn’t for everybody, and this is a perfect example of why. We don’t enjoy working for people who are hateful or mean for absolutely no reason. We’d much rather have the latter as customers — good, kindhearted people!

And this customer? One of the good ones! 🩷 I hate that he’s stuck living next to someone with so much hate in their heart, but I’m glad we could help him get his windshield taken care of!

Life is short, y’all. BE KIND!!! You never know what someone else is going through. 🫶🏼
