After a hit-and-run, this customer thought she was facing a $7,400 repair bill out of pocket. Thankfully, that wasn’t how the story ended. 🙌

Since this was her first insurance claim, we helped her understand the process and navigate an uninsured motorist claim. Instead of covering the entire repair herself, she was responsible for her deductible.

The repair itself was only part of the job.

This Lexus had more than $12,000 in damage, including a quarter panel that needed to be replaced, but it also had custom details that couldn’t simply be ordered with a replacement part. We tracked down a matching custom wheel and had the hand-painted pinstripes recreated to bring the car back to the way it was before the accident.

Because “close enough” isn’t the standard.

A vehicle can look repairable from the outside, but what’s underneath tells the real story.

This Altima arrived at our shop with an insurance estimate based only on photos. Once we completed a full inspection and disassembly, we uncovered severe structural damage that changed everything. The final result? The vehicle was declared a total loss. 😅

What looked like a straightforward repair on this Ram 3500 required much more once the truck was properly inspected. The truck bed and rear glass had to be removed, the cab corner repaired, and a new bed liner applied after the new tailgate was installed.

That’s why a thorough repair process matters. Looking beyond what’s visible helps ensure your vehicle is repaired safely, completely, and back to pre-accident condition!
