COTTON PICKIN’ FINALE PRESENTED BY BILL RUSSEL FORD OF COLUMBUS

150 Cars Filled the pit area on Night #2 of The Cotton Pickin’ with preliminary’s taking place last night, that set up an amazing night of feature action at the Magnolia Motor Speedway Powered by Midas for the last time 2026.
MAIN EVENTS.
COTTON PICKIN’ SUPER LATE MODELS.
“The Smoothhh” Operator Bobby Pierce would sweep the Weekend, Pierce picked up the 500$ fast time award and won his heat a night ago, and Led all 60 Laps, of the 20k to win finale, Fending off battles from Ethan Dotson and Tyler Erb, an impressive run from the 2025 Winner “The Future” Trey Mills, as he pilots the 14jr from 25th to 5th, advancing 20 spots. Spencer Hughes would have an impressive run as well coming home 2nd, as Tyler Erb hung onto 3rd rounding out the podium.
GUEST BODY SHOP LATE MODELS SPORTSMAN.
Chase Pennington and Logan Bright would exchange the lead multiple times in the 25 Lap main event, as both drivers fought through lap traffic, Logan Bright would take the lead on lap 13 and never look back, although a late caution with 2 to go halted the action, it was no problem for Logan bright picking up the big Win in The Cotton Pickin’.
WILLIAM WELLS 3 STAR TIRE + AUTO STREET STOCKS.
It would be a battle of the Logan’s in the early stages of this one, as Logan Hickerson and Logan Bright battled in the early stages of the race, Bright would take the lead on Lap 7 and fend off Hickerson and A changing Brandon Hill, surviving a late caution, Logan Bright would take home the win and pick cotton for the 2nd time tonight at the MAG.
JOHNSON MOTORSPORTS FACTORY STOCKS.
All eyes were on the top 3 for a majority of the race, as Reed Heavner, Matt Joseph and Carl Kilgore IV. would exchange slider after slider in the early stages of the race, Kilgore would take the lead officially from Heavner on lap 13, and fend off challenges from Matt Joseph and 19th starting Jay Downs, as Carl Kilgore IV Would take home the big win in the Cotton Pickin’.
ALL STAR BODY CENTER CRATE CARS.
Bailey Callahan would lead the opening 11 Circuits of the 40 lap main event, but a caution on lap 12 would allow the 2.0 Storm of Nick Thrash to get around Callahan and take the lead, Thrash would battle hard with 2nd Running Kyle Shaw as the 33 of Eric Cooley was throwing his hat into the ring as well, but when all was said and done it was the 2.0 Storm of Nick Thrash picking up the 3k payday in the Cotton Pickin’.
FOUR SEASON BAD BOY MODIFIED SPORTSMAN.
Jason Hollis would lead all 25 Laps of the cotton pickin main event from the pole, as Brent smith would challenge him early in the race, it was clear that nobody has anything for the Ethelsville Alabama Driver of Jason Hollis, Jace Knight would have an impressive run of 5th as Case Fortner picked up the Hard Charger going from. 18th to 9th.
THE EATON CLINIC CROWN VICS.
The 18C of Kevin Crenshaw would pick up the Crown Vic Main event portion of the Cotton Pickin’, leading all 10 laps from the pole, Crenshaw was piloting a brand new Crown Vic tonight, the Track champion of Crenshaw adds a Cotton Pickin’ Night #2 to his already successful season.
The 47 of Daniel Wiggins takes the Win on Night #1 Friday Feature in Crown Vic.
