📣 WE’RE HIRING! – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Storage Master – LaGrange, GA
Storage Master is looking for a reliable, dependable, hardworking, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team!
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that combines customer service, office administration, sales, and hands-on facility maintenance. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows through on responsibilities, and can be counted on to be present, punctual, and dependable.
✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Assist customers with rentals, payments, and account needs
• Process cash, card, check, and money order payments
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Answer phones and perform administrative/computer tasks
• Clean and prepare vacant storage units
• Perform general cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Remove abandoned items from units
• Maintain clean offices and restrooms
• Conduct routine property walkthroughs
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Assist at multiple LaGrange locations as needed
