Here is the last dentside we built after the owner had the rear doors and cab patina matched to the rest of the sheet metal we used on the truck. This one ended up with a 12 valve, 5r110, 06 F350 chassis, and loads of PMF suspension under it as well. Its drive home was from Indiana, to Pennsylvania, and then finally Nebraska!

Love seeing trucks that I’ve built being used and enjoyed! This one is out on a 10k+ mile excursion out west from their home in Ohio.

Over 50k miles have been put on this truck in just a couple of years after being built to handle it all with the 6.7 Cummins, built 48re, 08 f350 chassis, arb lockers front and rear, PMF suspension setup, wilwood big brake kit, and much much more!

The crew cab made its maiden voyage from Indiana, to northeast Ohio, and then all the way home out west to Nebraska! Heck of a haul!

Billet internal/rebuilt/updated 4L80E is assembled and ready to go back behind the 6.7 in the 02 C3500 dump truck 💪

*the 4l80 in stock form actually surprised me behind the 6.7, not sure how long it would’ve lasted but the file loaded into the Baumann Electronic Controls/USShift.com controller was spot on and did so good. 🙌 This build was a preventative measure to ensure many miles of use from this truck for the customer.

That first start up on a build always helps with the motivation to keep going!

S&S Diesel Motorsport stroker cp3 and 100% injectors started right up and ran so smooth. A Fleece Performance Engineering fire-ringed head is clamped in place with a set of ARP 625 studs. The ATS Diesel Performance compound turbos have a nice sound out the downpipe! Of course none of it would make any noise without that FASS Fuel Systems lift pump hanging off the frame underneath!
