Rims, motorcycles and ATV's, & Oilfield. We do big and little jobs, oven 8 x 8 x 16 foot. Powdercoating is a type of coating that appears to be painted on; although it is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powdercoating is that powdercoating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form.

Powdercoating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form. Not only is the process virtually pollution free, but there is also very little waste as the dry overspray can be recovered. Resistant to chipping, and fading, colors of a powdercoated item will remain true for many years. High gloss and low gloss finishes, even metallic and clear finishes, make it an ideal choice for many applications.
