Check Engine Light | Code(s) stored in the computer are a good start but only give a very small picture of potentially a much larger issue.

⌚️ WHEN | Did it come on today, or has it been on for a few days? Weeks? Months? Yes, this can be an important piece of information.

🚦WHAT | When it came on had you just started up the vehicle first thing in the morning? Just put fuel in the tank? Driving in stop/go traffic or cruising down the interstate?
🔍HOW | Is the check engine light flashing at you or staying constantly on? Any issues with acceleration? Any other noticeable issues (e.g., jerking, delayed movement, loud noises, etc.)?

🫤Parts delays can be frustrating, we know! We are often at the mercy of the vendor and delivery service.

👉However, it is so important to remember that the fastest repair is not always the right repair. If a specific part is needed, using the correct part matters more than rushing the job with the wrong one.

🎯We strive to work with vendors that exceed expectations on quality and service, since that is our goal as well.
