To our valued customers,

Certified Auto is still open to meet your car service needs during this difficult time. We are taking advanced precautions to make sure that both our staff and all of you stay as healthy as possible.

Surfaces are frequently being wiped down with Clorox/Lysol products, we have hand sanitizer stations throughout the shop, and technicians are washing their hands often before and after each job. They are wearing gloves while performing all car service, and masks are available in addition. Staff are asked to only come to work if they are feeling 100%.

Due to the current virus outbreak and the suggested measures by health organizations and the government, we are not taking waiting appointments at this time. Appointments are drop-off and pick-up only.

We suggest that if you can, keys be dropped off in our drop box outside the office door. Payments should be made by credit card over the phone when at all possible. When paying, you will be able to specify where you would like the keys left in/on the vehicle, and you can pick it up at your convenience following payment. The less that you as customers come into the office, the safer everyone will be. We ask that if you are feeling unwell, please call to reschedule your appointment for another time to protect our staff.

If you have a question for Rob or Josh at time of pickup, we ask that you call as opposed to coming inside. If we need to shut down temporarily as the situation progresses, we will let you all know here and customers with any scheduled appointments after that time will be notified via phone. We know these measures may seem drastic, but the overall health and wellness of both our staff and customers are of top priority, especially during a time like this.
