American Truck Repair is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently. Review and send invoices to the proper email Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Provide support to other departments as needed. Handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience. Assist with customer accounts, ensuring payments are processed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Proficient in using office software, particularly Google Suite applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated computer literacy with a good understanding of office equipment. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer support is essential.
