Please join us in welcoming our newest employee Jeremy Adams to the PGW family!

If you’ve spent much time around the Columbia SC automotive scene, chances are you already know Jeremy! With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Jeremy brings an incredible wealth of knowledge in automotive repair and a commitment to top-notch customer service.

He’s also worked alongside many of our current PGW team members over the years, making him a familiar face and a welcome addition to our family!

When he’s not helping customers keep their vehicles on the road, Jeremy enjoys the great outdoors, fishing, hunting, and spending time in nature.

He’s a proud family man who loves traveling and coaching his daughter’s softball team. He’s an avid Gamecock fan who sticks with the team through the good times and the…well, those other times!

Jeremy’s dedication to his family, his customers, and his community reflects exactly what PGW is all about. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to the impact he’ll make!

Help us give Jeremy a big welcome to the PGW family!

Come see Jeremy at Midas on Harbison boulevard!

Whether you need routine maintenance, automotive repairs, or new tires, Jeremy and the team are ready to take care of you!

If you know Rich, you know he’s all about helping people become the best version of themselves…and having a little fun along the way!

With 20+ years in the automotive industry, Rich has done just about everything, from turning wrenches as a technician to leading a store. He loves working on vehicles, sharing his knowledge, and making sure there’s never a dull moment around the shop!

Rich’s work ethic speaks for itself! Whether he’s coming in early, staying late, or jumping in wherever he’s needed, he always goes the extra mile for his team and our customers. He takes the time to listen, understand each customer’s concerns, and ensure we provide the best possible experience from diagnosis to repair. That kind of dedication makes a real difference!

When Rich isn’t at the shop, you can usually find him hitting the gym, spending quality time with his family, or turning wrenches on his own vehicles. Some people just can’t stay away from cars…and Rich is definitely one of them!
Rich, thank you for everything you bring to the team! Your hard work, positive attitude, leadership, and passion for what you do don’t go unnoticed. We’re lucky to have you on our team here in Florence!

Congratulations to Rudy Stephens, our September 2026 Technician of the month!

Rudy is extremely humble, a true technical expert, and consistently sets the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and excellence at PGW & Team Gervais.

He has a true servant's heart and genuinely cares about his family, friends, coworkers, and his community. Rudy brings years of experience and knowledge to the team... he has probably forgotten more about being a technician that most technicians ever get the chance to learn!

Congratulations Rudy! Well Deserved! We truly appreciate everything you do, the example you set, and the way you continue to make the people around you better!

If you know Matt Smith, you know exactly what kind of person he is...generous, kind, always smiling, and always willing to help!

That personality shines through in the way Matt takes care of our customers. His goal is simple: make every customer feel like family. He takes the time to listen, understand what they need and recommend the right solutions while building genuine relationships and earning their trust.

Matt is also the kind of teammate who makes everyone around him better. He's a friend to all, always willing to jump in and help, and genuinely wants to see his teammates succeed.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys hitting the gym, loves DC movies, especially BATMAN and if you give him the opportunity, he'll never turn down a chance to grab the microphone and sing some karaoke!

Matt brings great energy everywhere he goes, and we are a better company because of teammates like him.

Thank you for everything you do! We know so many of our customers in Lexington enjoy working with you at our North Lake location, and we're lucky to have you on our team!
