Another B58 making some steam!

We recently had Evan’s 2022 BMW M240i xDrive on the Mustang Dyno after the guys at Oddball Motor Works handled most of the upgrades.

This one is still on the stock engine and transmission with:

- Pure800 Turbo
- S58 Injectors
- Dorch DS25 HPFP
- VRS Downpipe
- Cat-back Exhaust
- Dinan Intake
- MAD Chargepipe
- MHD Flex Fuel Kit
- Tuned via MHD by us

On E45, we finished up at 639 WHP / 560 WTQ @ 30 PSI peak, and on straight 93 octane it put down 527 WHP / 480 WTQ @ 25 PSI peak

We actually saw as high as 670 WHP at 33 PSI during testing, but at that level we started seeing fuel pressure drop. The high-pressure side is well supported with the DS25 and S58 injectors, so the limitation appears to be the OEM low-pressure fuel pump struggling to keep up.

Rather than push past the fuel system, we backed it down and finished the E45 calibration at a solid 639 WHP.

Pretty impressive numbers from a stock long block, stock transmission B58 — and there’s clearly more left in the Pure800 once the low-pressure fuel system is upgraded.

Another killer Evo build from Buschur in for tuning!

This Evo 9 came to us with the full treatment:

- Buschur-built 2.0L engine
- Xona Rotor 9569S turbo
- Drive-by-wire conversion
- Haltech Elite 2500
- And a long list of supporting modifications to bring the whole package together

After getting everything dialed in on our Mustang Dyno, it laid down:

739 WHP & 538 WTQ at 42 PSI on E85

And we actually ran out of MAP sensor before we ran out of turbo, so there’s still more left in this combination.

The Haltech gave us full control of the package, and this thing turned out to be an awesome example of what a properly built and properly sorted Evo can do.

Another one tuned for our friends at Buschur's! This Evo 6 from Florida is running a Buschur-built 2.3L, FP Black turbo, E85, and Haltech Elite engine management.

After getting everything dialed in, it finished up at:

- 590 WHP
- 480 WTQ
- 36 PSI On E85

We also set up rolling anti-lag, closed-loop fueling under WOT, and all of the appropriate engine protection/safety strategies.

Awesome combination with a strong, broad powerband and a setup that should be an absolute blast on the street.

You know that one guy who does all our injectors, and always gives top notch service over at Cleveland Injector Hospital? Well he did his first drag and drive this week, and he decided to shove a camera in his face the whole time and document the experience. Grab a cold b**r, sit in some ac, and check it out!

This beautiful 2023 BMW M4 Competition Convertible owned by Ben came to us looking for a serious increase in performance while retaining the driveability of the car.

For this car, we:
- Sent the DME to Femto for unlocking
- Installed AMS Performance Intakes
- Installed an MHD Flex Fuel Kit
- Installed performance downpipes
- Performed a custom calibration via MHD

After dialing everything in on our Mustang Dyno, the results were:
- 540 WHP & 554 WTQ on 93 Octane
- 705 WHP & 667 WTQ on E45

That's over 700 wheel horsepower from a convertible M4 with the added convenience of flex fuel capability, making for an incredibly fun street car that can adapt to whatever fuel is available.

We've had an incredibly busy spring here at Redline Tuning LLC, and unfortunately our social media has taken a back seat while we've been focused on getting customer cars completed and back on the road. We're going to try to do a better job sharing some of the awesome builds/tunes that have come through the shop over the past few months!

First up is Elliot Wood's 2020 Toyota Supra.

Modifications:
- Downpipe

We completed a custom tune via MHD and dialed the car in for both pump gas and ethanol blends on our Mustang Dyno.

Results:

93 Octane
- 396 WHP
- 445 WTQ

E45 Blend
- 455 WHP
- 526 WTQ

Another MK5 Supra wrapped up here at Redline Tuning.

Brian’s 2021 Toyota Supra came in for some fuel system upgrades in the search of more power. We handled the install of the Reflex/Port Injection setup along with the LPFP upgrades, then finished it off with a full custom calibration via MHD.

Mod list:

Brian brought in his 2019 BMW X3M looking to wake it up.

Equipped with:
- Intakes
- Downpipes
- Full exhaust
- MHD Flex Fuel Kit

We dialed it in on our Mustang Dyno via MHD tuning, starting on 93 octane where it put down a solid 543 WHP & 525 WTQ.

Then we turned it up with an E40 blend resulting in a nice 672 WHP & 622 WTQ.

This 2017 Civic Type R owned by Hayden came back to us after some fueling and valvetrain upgrades.

The car previously ran port injection, but we ran into some issues with it later on, nor was it very seamless as far as flex fuel goes so we recommend the Hondata 2000cc injectors along with the Full Race HPFP. They also added the 4Piston TR2.5 cams at the same time.

Supporting mods include:
- RV660 turbo
- Hondata 2000cc injectors
- Full Race HPFP
- 4 Piston Racing TR2.5 cams
- The other usual supporting mods

On E85 the car laid down a stout:

537 WHP / 419 WTQ on our Mustang Dyno

Before the cams the car made a little over 480 WHP at the same 30 psi boost level, so the upgrade picked up serious power. Even better, the new cam setup allowed us to raise the rev limiter to 8000 RPM, and the power actually carries all the way out instead of falling off up top.

This FK8 absolutely rips now. I was tuning this car late and forgot to take a video for you guys unfortunately.
