"Service used is engine rebuild & balance. Highly reccommend their engine rebuilding- if that's what you need!
First encounter with Wagamons was I think in about 1989. One of our newer customers then brought their reman engine in, that he was having trouble getting going (after customer sourced and installed their Wagamons rebuild, and came to us out of another connection and a lack of understanding of the help they were getting from Wagamons at the time).
I was pretty green at the time but on the lookout for a rebuilder at the time. I had only been exposed to a couple "larger ones" I'll leave unnammed and was less than impressed with results, cleanliness, and reputation for problems. Wagamons also offered something different, custom, replacement or rebuild/match of same/what you had- which is what our niche needed.
Wagamons helping myself through (what they explained to him & his engine's oddities, we got it purring). In a way we both won over a customer. Through that process, their workmanship, and customer service, I knew then- that they were the company to be with for us and our customers' sake (him and many others) long-term.
Fast forward now my experinces with them have been 37yrs and 80, 90, 100? customer engines later (I don't have an exact #). Sure there's been 2 or 3 small issues we worked through (issues like inherent bad designs). Regardless they took care of things with stand-up customer service. Always solid work, hands-down excellent!
Wagamons- almost don't want to share how great their engine rebuilding is- so they are less busy when I need them LOL, but they deserve the props! I am assuming the rest of their operation is carried out in a very similar manner of quality work at a fair price! My experience is: engine rebuild & balance where I can sadly only give Wagamon Brothers- 5 stars!
