The goal isn’t to identify the most exciting car or the vehicle with the longest list of features. It is to find the combination of vehicle, price and transaction that best fits the client.
A story:
After defining what she needed, our client still had to decide which vehicle and transaction made the most sense.
She chose to lease again because:
• Leasing kept her monthly payment lower
• She didn’t want to own an aging, potentially less reliable vehicle five years from now
• She drives only about 5,000 miles a year
She also realized that all-wheel drive was not one of her must-haves. Once she included front-wheel-drive EVs in the search, she had more affordable options to consider.
She eventually chose a Kia Niro EV.
Of the realistic options she compared, it had the lowest price and the safety equipment she valued most, including the greatest number of airbags. It met her actual transportation needs without requiring her to pay extra for capabilities she wouldn’t use.
That is what the RH Auto Brokers Vehicle Decision Process is designed to do.
This time, the client happened to be one of RH Auto Brokers’ own brokers using the same process we use with our clients. It's the same thing we do for ourselves.
