When the stress outweighs the sleep... we paint 😅.

This Totoro came out so cute. My oldest daughter wanted to decorate her room with her favorite character, so we are making it happen! Can't wait for her to see it when she wakes up!

We had so much fun celebrating Tayleigh's birthday at The Playful Palette Co. today!

Our birthday girl chose the CUTEST axolotl theme, and the kids got to create their own squishy axolotl tanks complete with glitter, colors, and adorable little axolotls.

From decorating their tanks to watching their creations come to life, there were smiles, laughter, and lots of creativity all around.

We are so excited to have some upcoming events this summer with SUP Colorado Springs !

Yesterday, we went out to try paddle boarding for the first time and the staff was so kind and made all of the how-tos and don't dos very simple and straightforward.

My 10 year old enjoyed it so much, she's excited to go back and do it again.

We will be having 3 events with them where you will get to paint/craft on the shore then do a paddle board experience on the water. No supplies or experience needed for either one. All are activities are guided.

We have events on June 20th, 27th and July 18th and 25th.

Tickets are limited, you will need to sign up in advance on our website at Www.theplayfulpaletteco.com

Today is more than just a long weekend—it’s a day to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom.

Having served myself, I know the dedication, sacrifice, and love that so many military families carry every single day. Today, my heart is especially with those who never made it home and the families who continue to carry their memory forward.

We are forever grateful.

The studio will be open today with special hours from 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM for Open Studio fun and creativity.

Wishing everyone a safe, meaningful, and reflective Memorial Day.

We also had the BEST time celebrating Lumen & Marlee today at the studio with their Toy Story themed birthday party!

The kids created the CUTEST little alien crafts inspired by everyone’s favorite Pizza Planet friends!

And to make the party even sweeter… they added on our amazing bubble waffles 🧇✨ which were a HUGE hit with the kiddos!

There was so much creativity, laughter, and fun packed into today and we are so grateful to be part of these special memories.
