It’s the extra steps you don’t always see that can make the biggest difference. 🔧

Over the past two weeks, we’ve had several vehicles come to us after having work performed elsewhere because the owners were hearing a new noise. In each of those cases, we found loose lug nuts.

That’s why our process includes an additional layer of verification.

When we remove a wheel, the technician working on the vehicle torques the lug nuts to the proper specification. Then, a second technician who did not perform the original work verifies the wheel torque again.

It takes an extra step and another set of hands—but that’s intentional.

One technician torques it. Another verifies it.
Because when it comes to your vehicle, the details matter.
