Summary
Hey everyone! We are looking for an Auto Body Technician to join our autobody repair team. In this position, you repair collision, weather, and other damage done to the body of vehicles. While most of your duties will revolve around the body of the vehicle itself, our ideal candidate will have prior experience working with all the systems in a vehicle. We prefer you have an associate degree in automotive technology, but it is not required and we are willing to work with technicians who have a vocational certificate or several years of experience. The job requires good manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Auto Body Technician Duties and Responsibilities
* Inspect vehicles for damage
* Repair body to factory, estimate or customer specifications
* Remove and replace damaged parts with power and hand tools
* Fill cracks and depressions
* Perform cosmetic repairs

Requirements and Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED certificate; certificate or associate degree in automotive technology (preferred but not required)
* ASE certificate preferred but not required
* Prior auto body technician experience
* Welding, auto repair, and painting or priming experience preferred
* Physical stamina
* General automotive knowledge
* Attention to detail

As an Auto Body Repair Tech you should be able to:
- Repair damage to vehicles, restoring them to pre-collision condition.
- Perform quality repairs such as: files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces.
- Remove damaged body parts, including bumpers, fenders, hoods, grilles, and trim.
Realign car frames and chassis to repair structural damage.
- Hammer out or patch: dents, dimples and other minor body damage.
- Fit, attach, and weld replacement parts into place.
- Grind, sand, buff, and prime refurbished and repaired surfaces.

Hello! We are looking for a professional, self-motivated and energetic individual to fill a position as an inside sales associate.

Primary responsibilities will be:
estimating for collision repair and closing in a retail sales environment. Customer service and communication skills are a must as well as a desire to earn money based on performance.

At least five years of customer service/sales is required.
References are required.

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility
• Ability to write complete, accurate estimates and repair planning
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of automobile repair estimating, including relevant software
programs(CCC)
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills. Able to relate well to diverse audiences
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced work environment
• A valid state driver's license in order to drive customer or company vehicles
• I-CAR preferred

Compensation:
$50,000 - $100,000+ per year depending on qualifications and experience
