Shout out to RVHelp.com.

I received a call today from Newmar to assist some wonderful folks traveling through Raton, NM who had experienced an awning malfunction when pulling out of the campground. I was able to respond and provide assistance to get them on the road to their destination.

I asked the Customer Service Representative where they found my business contact info. She told me they were using RVHelp.com and their locator more and more to assist customers who are experiencing issues while on the road in smaller more rural areas.
