Jessica Rogers brought us her 2018 Ford Escape to match the front windows to the rear and put a brow in it. I did not have the proper tools to remove new Ford rearview mirror tools, although I did not know this. While removing the mirror, it broke the windshield. I had Safelite come out and replace the windshield free to the customer, and the tech showed me the correct tools! This time, I had the tools and was able to do the brow.
