Kobelco 210 over heating complain, “thermostat needed”. After blowing out the coolers/ filters ect, thermostat was asked to be replaced. R&R thermostat reseal housing and low and behold cooler won’t take fluid. Plugged up tighter than a crabs ass. Radiator removed and sent up to BGR for flush and test, reinstalled and back to hammering. The “operators” always know best 🙄🇺🇸👍🏼

Another same machine, another repair, different location. Hoses, o-rings, couple more o-rings, couple MORE o-rings after that. Cat D4H-2 dozer water pump locked up and shipped the belt. Easy squeeze. These 3204’s are good little engines and everything’s accessible. OE pump & belt replaced. Fan belts inspected/adjusted. Topped off, Tested and off to pushing. We’ll be back to this for some other misc repairs and catchup maintenance shortly. After the International gets a well deserved bath!🇺🇸👍🏼

Kobelco 909lc-2 rotary manifold/swivel joint reseal. Oil used to be cheap but 5 gallons a day and the mess associated with it just doesn’t make sense anymore. Resealed, tested and back diggin! 🇺🇸👍🏼
