🚨 UPDATE: The Imposter Page Has Been Removed 🚨

We are happy to report that the fake page impersonating JT's Cycles has been taken down.

First and foremost, a special thank you to **Bill and Kathleen** for bringing this issue to our attention. Had they not reached out, the page may have continued misleading customers for much longer.

We also want to sincerely thank everyone who reported the page, shared our warnings, and reached out to us during this situation. Your support made a difference.

Unfortunately, the imposter page was using our logo and branding to create the appearance that it was affiliated with JT's Cycles. We received numerous phone calls from customers who believed they were dealing with our company, and in some cases, people thought JT's Cycles had taken their money when they had actually been communicating with the fraudulent page.

For nearly 20 years, JT's Cycles has worked hard to build a reputation based on honesty, customer service, and trust. We take that responsibility seriously and appreciate everyone's patience while we worked to get this issue resolved.

Very excited to announce that coming soon, there will be a new addition to both the Tracy family and the JT’s Cycles family! 🐾

Meet Buster, our English Mastiff puppy! At just 18 days old, he’s already winning hearts and preparing for his future role as JT’s Cycles’ newest greeter, shop supervisor, and treat inspector. 🦴

We still have a little while to wait before he comes home, but we’re already counting down the days. We can’t wait to watch this big guy grow up around the shop and become part of the JT’s Cycles family.

One of the most common fitment issues we see at JT's Cycles involves 2000–2006 Harley-Davidson Softails, especially Fat Boys and Heritage Softails.

In this video, we walk through some of the reasons why seats don't always fit as expected and what you should check before ordering. Small differences in mounting hardware, aftermarket modifications, and even factory variations can turn a simple seat swap into a frustrating project.

Today we’re celebrating a milestone that means a lot to us.

JT’s Cycles has officially surpassed 50,000 feedback ratings on eBay after selling there since 1999. What many people don’t realize is that not every customer leaves feedback, meaning those 50,000 ratings represent far more than 50,000 sales.

Over the years, we chose to focus on customer service over sheer volume. We aren’t perfect, and we make mistakes like everyone else, but we’ve always worked hard to make things right and take care of our customers.
