St Cecilius Catholic Church and rectory on North Sixth Ave. The cornerstone was laid on December 11, 1870 by the Right Rev Archbishop Wood. Prior to 1870, the Catholics in Coatesville attended religious services in the old Mechanics Hall in West Coatesville. This photo was restored and the colors refreshed.
