Friday June 11th
6pm - 8pm registration and inspection

Saturday June 12th
7am-7:30am UTV registration and inspection

7:30am -9am 4x4s, buggies, ATV, and MC registration and inspection.

7:45am UTV drivers meeting
8 am UTV race starts
1 hour race length

9:00am ATV, MC Drivers meeting
9:30am ATV, MC race starts
1 hour race length

4x4 and buggy drivers meeting will be held at the finish line after ATV and Motorcycle race.

4x4 and Buggy race 4 laps
Group A (A,B, and Mod Buggy) race will start as soon as the track is clear from ATVs and MCs

Group B (C,D,E and stock buggy) 1st driver will start race 1 hour after last driver of Group A

4pm-4:45pm EC4WDA kids race sign up
5pm kids race starts

3 1/2 Miler Trophy presentation after the kids race.

Sunday June 13th
EC4WDA sanctioned drags
EC4WDA and LM4W (non-sanctioned) obstacle course
7:30am-9:00am registration and inspection for all racers

10:00am drivers meeting at the tower for the drags. Double elimination drag racing will start when drivers meeting is over.

1 hour after the last drag race will be the obstacle course drivers meeting.

Drivers meeting is for sanctioned and non sanctioned racers. EC4WDA obstacle Racing will Start when drivers meeting is over. Non sanctioned obstacle will race after the EC4WDA racing.

If we race double elimination obstacle will be decided at the drivers meeting. depending on # of entries and what time we finish drag racing.

Awards can be picked up at the tower when your class is finished racing.

5 laps (approx. 10 miles per lap)

Sunday 9/20
9am trophy presentation
9am sign up for kids races
kids race will start after the trophy presentation
10:30-11:30am registration/inspection for nostalgia race.
12:30pm drivers meeting for nostalgia race.
1pm nostalgia race start. lap length will be between 3-4 miles. Race length will be determined at drivers meeting and will depend on the # of entries.

nostalgia racer trophy presentation will be 1 hour after finish of nostalgia race.
