A huge shout out to Doug for taking on this Monte Carlo project and seeing it through to the finish line 📣👏

What started as a tornado insurance claim back in 2021 slowly turned into a restoration project. When Doug stepped in, he helped bring this car back to life and gave it the attention it deserved.

Team effort projects like this are what make this industry rewarding. I'm pretty sure everyone at the shop had a hand in this at one point or another.

Seeing this car finally completed and back on the road made all the work worth it 🚗🔥

Here were the truths:

🔥 Doug really is a lieutenant firefighter for Lancaster
🐈 Ryan and his wife really do have four cats and two tortoises

Which means the lie was:
🐐 We have unfortunately never repaired a vehicle with a goat inside it…

Today we’re celebrating someone who’s been a huge part of the Guaranty Auto & Collision family for the last 10 years 🎉

Ryan came to us as a student in the automotive program at Mount Wachusett Community College, where Eric offered him a job here at the shop—and the rest is history.

Over the last decade, Ryan has become the kind of employee every shop hopes for. While he’s a mechanic by trade, he’s also a huge help when our collision side needs diagnostics and programming, and recently he’s even started helping with towing too. No matter what needs to get done, Ryan is always willing to step in and help.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything he brings to the shop every day.

Thank you for 10 years of hard work, loyalty, and dedication, Ryan 🔧
